Water Bottles

Students are allowed to bring a water bottle with water to school that has a screw top lid that can be secured and closed tightly to prevent spills and damages. We also ask that the bottles be transparent. Please keep drinking containers with a straw, squeeze top spout, or sliding drinking closure at home.

All Northside students were provided a water bottle that has a lid that can help prevent spills when knocked over or dropped. Students are not required to use that specific bottle but were provided a bottle so that all students would have one if needed. Northside does have drinking fountains available so that students may stay hydrated throughout the day without a water bottle. We appreciate your help with this matter and hope everyone is off to great week back at school.

At Northside, students began their Capturing Kids’ Hearts character lessons. August focuses on empathy. Take a look at some of our 5th grade students below decorating their character journals and working on their lesson.
