ANNUAL UPDATES, SIGN-OFFS, AND SKYWARD INFO FOR RETURNING STUDENTS
At the start of each school year, we ask families to update important information and complete annual sign-offs in Skyward. These forms will be live and available for completion beginning Monday, July 8.
You are encouraged to complete this vital information to get your secondary student's schedule and/or elementary student's teacher's name.
To ensure your secondary child gets a schedule at orientation and/or your elementary child receives their teacher's name at Meet the Teacher night, registration must be completed by Monday, August 5th.
If you update your address during registration, you will need to then provide proper documentation to the campus in order for registration to be complete. Proper documentation includes proof of residence: utility bill (water, gas, or electric). *Must be a current bill in the parent/guardian's name and match the parent/guardian's ID and service address.

ECMS 6th Grade Orientation: Thursday, August 8th 5:30-7:30 (NOT a come-and-go event)
ECMS 7th & 8th Grade Schedule Distribution: Monday, August 12th, 7:30-4:00 come and go in the cafeteria.
ECHS 9th Grade Orientation: Wednesday, August 7th, 1:00-4:00 (NOT a come-and-go event). Parents, if you cannot attend, please sign a Chromebook Form and send it with your child.

TRANSPORTATION
Bus route assignments will be similar to last year, but anyone who has moved or is new to the district must call the Transportation Department at 979-543-5252 to confirm transportation details.
FOOD SERVICES
El Campo ISD Food Service Department accepts cash and checks for payment. Payments can be made in the cafeteria, main office, or online at myschoolbucks.com upon setting up an account.
HEALTH SERVICES

COMMUNICATION
DISTRICT COMMUNICATION - The district utilizes an automated notification system. To ensure you receive email and telephone communication from the district throughout the school year, please make sure that all of your contact information is up-to-date in your Skyward Family Access account. Text messaging is used as a mode of communication during inclement weather, emergencies, and bus delays, and to draw attention to other important updates from the district. *Save our notification system phone number in your phone: 501-712-2633.
CAMPUS COMMUNICATION - In addition to the district notification system, individual teachers and/or campuses may use other modes of communication throughout the year (Schoology, Skyward, REMIND, Class DoJo).
