📣The ECMS Cheer Parent Meeting originally scheduled for Monday, February 12th has been changed to Tuesday, February 13th. It will begin at 6 pm in the ECMS cafeteria. A parent and student MUST attend the meeting to be eligible to try out for cheerleader.

Today, 8th graders got a VIP tour of the high school's CTE programs, getting them pumped for the future! But the fun doesn't stop there - tonight, they can bring their parents to the Ricebird Preview to learn about the course selection process and all the cool clubs they can join in high school! #CTE

It's time for a Talent Show! Presented by the ECMS Student Council. Showtime is Friday, March 8th at ECMS. All ECMS students are invited to audition, but you must sign up by the end of February with Ms. Krpec or Mrs. Bennetsen.

Parents of ECMS students - Weather radar indicates 100% chance of heavy rain between 3pm and 4pm. We will not be able to allow students to walk after school. Please make arrangements to pick your child up. Thank you for helping us to ensure student safety.

The Ricebird Roasts are back in action, serving the staff of ECMS.

On January 24, 2024, El Campo ISD's Board of Trustees will hold a Public Meeting at 5:45 pm. The Regular Meeting will follow at 6:00 pm. Both meetings will be at the Administration Building, 700 W. Norris, El Campo, TX.
All meetings of the Board are open to the public and are posted on the District website. These meetings are your opportunity to witness the business of the school district and you are always welcome to attend.

Incoming 9th -12th graders: Packets available at your school. Mandatory parent and student meeting on February 9th @ 6:00 pm at Ricebird Gym.
Incoming 7th and 8th graders: Mandatory parent and student meeting on Monday, February 12th @ 6:00 pm in the ECMS cafeteria.
Tryouts will be held on Saturday, April 13, 2024, at 10:00 am at ECHS.
