The Region 13 UIL Marching Contest is at Ricebird Stadium on Saturday, October 19th. The Ricebird Band will perform at 1:15 pm. If you can attend and cheer on the Band, you will not be disappointed!

Get your tickets early! You can buy pre-sale tickets at any campus or the athletic office Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and on Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. the week of the game. Pre-sale tickets for students are $4 and $6 for adults.
All tickets will be $8 per person cash only at the gate.
Advanced Theatre classes at ECMS created giant Playbills for an assigned musical with a synopsis, character thumbprint, and song selection. The semester projects explored and examined eras like the "British invasion" and "Disneyfication" of Broadway and multiple ties to history like the Russian Revolution for Fiddler on the Roof and Peronism in Argentina with Evita.
Ricebird Diagnosticians, Stacy Amestoy, Taryn Staff, Stephanie Cortez, and Laura Motal attended the 23rd Annual Texas Dyslexia Conference to learn more about how dyslexia affects our students and how we can better identify and support them. #DyslexiaAwarenessMonth
ECMS Halloween Dance! Friday, October 25th from 6-8:30 pm. at ECMS. Admission is $8. Dress code is school attire appropriate and the dance is for ECMS students only. Concession items will be available for purchase and there will be a COSTUME CONTEST!
