Padres - Habrá clases de Inglés para adultos en la escuela El Campo Middle School los sábados, empezando el 6 de abril 2024. Las clases serán de las 8:00 hasta las 10:oo de la mañana. Parents - There will be English classes for adults at El Campo Middle School on Saturdays, starting April 6, 2024. Classes will be from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Class dates are as follows: April 6, April 13, April 20, April 27, May 4, May 11, and May 18. Childcare will not be provided at this time.

Mrs. Hopper's Principles of Health Science class learned how to properly gown their “patient” - it’s not as easy as it looks.
The class also discussed why patients in hospitals need to wear gowns and how patients may feel when wearing a gown.

Bird Fridays are in full swing at ECHS! Wenglar and Hlavaty's classes have enjoyed challenging the 'Birds with various STEM activities over the last few weeks. They have seen who can build the tallest PlayDoh tower, the tallest house of cards, and the strongest, furthest flying airplanes. Recently, the Technology Student Association competed at the regional contest in Katy. TSA Sponsor, Mrs. Guthrie, sends out a big thank you to all those who worked hard and participated in the events.
Congratulations to the Biotechnology Team of Alyx Fisher and Freya White for placing in the Top Ten, to the Problem Solving team of Eliska Shumbera and Michelle Villanueva for placing 5th, and to Eliska Shumbera who also placed 5th in Transportation Modeling.
Congratulations to Estrella Brito for placing 3rd in Transportation Modeling and advancing to the state competition being held in Fort Worth in April!


Attention El Campo High School Students: The team from SSR Letter Jackets will be on campus on Thursday, February 29th from 11:15 – 12:50 at the El Campo High School Cafeteria to measure for letter jackets, and to take up order forms and payments. ⭐TICKETS are on sale now from February 20-March 6 for parents to trade in their two standing room only tickets for two $5 table seats which are closer to the action. The table seats are the Junior class fundraiser for prom.
Table seats will be sold until March 6. All other tickets to the prom that are given to students attending prom are standing room only.
No tickets will be sold at the door.

February is heart health awareness month. HOSA enjoyed hosting their annual blood pressure screening for the High School campus. Teachers and students were educated on heart health and healthy blood pressure ranges.
