Parents and guardians, some schools lost power for approximately 30 minutes today during the lunch time. An accident on Mechanic Street created the loss of power. The lunchroom remained able to serve food. Students were safe. Power is back on and our phone service should be working again after the brief outage.

Ms. R. Garcia’s class enjoyed recess during their first week at Hutchins. Now they are ready to conquer week 2! #itsagreatdaytobeaRICEBIRD
