Mrs. Kacer's Medical Terminology classes closed out their unit on the Integumentary System by making a model of skin out of treats and candy. It was educational AND delicious!

2nd Grade Accelerated Reader Hall of Fame Members Maren Smith (237,166 words read) and Bethany Zahn (236,194 words read), and 3rd Grade Accelerated Reader Hall of Fame Member Mason Scott (519,123 words read).
Mrs. Hopper's Anatomy & Physiology for Healthcare Careers class explored technological advancements in health science, covering topics such as stem cell research, cord blood applications, transplant technology, and bioengineering. The students were able to act as bioengineers for the day, designing a device to safeguard an egg from a significant drop. While some students were pleased with their creations, others were less satisfied with the results.
Theatre Arts students at El Campo Middle School dedicated two weeks to researching and analyzing the classic Christmas play, "A Christmas Carol." Last week, students from all class periods showcased their efforts by performing the Charles Dickens masterpiece for ECMS teachers, complete with stage props and various costume pieces.
