4th grade students participated in a team-building activity called Saving Fred. Their mission was to rescue a worm named Fred, but they could not touch him with their hands. The students made predictions, tested out ideas, and worked together in teams to help Fred out! It was a great way to build relationships in their new class. Parents and guardians, some schools lost power for approximately 30 minutes today during the lunch time. An accident on Mechanic Street created the loss of power. The lunchroom remained able to serve food. Students were safe. Power is back on and our phone service should be working again after the brief outage.
